PRE-ORDER TERMS 

By placing a Pre-order, you agree to the following: PRODUCT CHANGES Your payment reserves a spot for you in the production cycle. CHERKAS reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the product if required by the manufacturing process. You acknowledge that the photograph represents a pre-production prototype. Watches in the series may vary slightly. Should there be a need to make significant changes, you will, without a doubt, be informed. DELIVERY TIMES The current expected delivery time is Q1 - Q2 2025. Since your watches have not yet been produced and this labor-intensive process requires special attention and time, CHERKAS reserves the right to adjust the delivery time. We will make every effort to expedite the delivery process of your order. In the event of significant delays, we will inform you via email and, if necessary, offer compensation options, such as the possibility of canceling the order. ORDER CANCELLATION You are free to cancel your order and receive a full refund within seven days from the completion of the purchase. After this period, the production spot will be secured for you, and we will not be able to accept cancellation. PRODUCTION CYCLE Your contribution funds the production cycle, including the watches you have ordered. Should we fail to collect enough orders to initiate production, we commit to refunding the full cost of your Pre-order and offering priority rights to pre-order our future projects. START OF THE PRODUCTION CYCLE As our company funds production on a pre-sale basis, we need time to sell a sufficient number of spots. We will promptly notify you about the start of the production process and more precise delivery times. DELIVERY We provide delivery through DHL express delivery with tracking and insurance if it is available in your region. In some cases, we may opt for other delivery services such as FedEx, UPS, and others. Delivery does not include VAT and customs duties (export price is indicated). Customers are responsible for paying local taxes and fees in accordance with the legislation of their country (where applicable), which must be settled directly with the relevant authorities.
